About The Position
Be a part of the best team in Property Management! Welcome to Victoria Park Jaycees, a Senior Living community in Waldorf, MD. We are seeking a motivated, energetic, part time General Technician to join our team! The General Technician is responsible for the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the community including the grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other common areas of the community. May also assist in the preparation of vacant apartments for move-in by new residents, and resident service requests.
