About The Position

Key Responsibilities: Technical Support: · Assist with composite manufacturing processes, including layup, infusion, and filament winding. · Provide technical support for production operations. · Operate and maintain equipment to ensure smooth workflow and production efficiency. Maintenance and Troubleshooting: · Perform routine maintenance and inspections of manufacturing equipment. · Identify and troubleshoot issues with equipment or processes, implementing solutions as needed. · Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support efficient operations. Quality Assurance: · Conduct inspections of components during and after production to ensure they meet quality standards. · Document production processes and report any deviations or issues to the supervisor. Collaboration and Teamwork: · Work closely with engineers, supervisors, and other technicians to meet production goals and deadlines. · Assist in training new team members on manufacturing processes and equipment. · Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment. Process Improvement: · Provide feedback on manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for improvement. · Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. --- Qualifications: Education and Experience: · High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or technical certifications preferred. · Previous experience in manufacturing or a related field is a plus but not required. Technical Skills: · Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate complex machinery. · Basic understanding of composite materials and manufacturing processes. · Ability to follow detailed instructions and technical drawings. Work Ethic and Teamwork: · Strong work ethic and a positive attitude. · Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges. · Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
