Overview Established General Surgery practice Flexible schedule to meet provider's needs Current team: 3 Physicians, 2 APPs Competitive compensation and benefits package – Including sign-on bonus, relocation, 401k with employer match, etc. Experienced staff, both clinical and non-clinical who know the patients extremely well Fully staffed team of RNs and CMAs Clinic and OR located on same campus Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination Additional details by request from group

Requirements

  • MD or DO
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified
  • Hold an unrestricted license to practice medicine and surgery in IA
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Ability to work as a team member

Responsibilities

  • Average patients/day: 12 in clinic and 3 in OR
  • 5 half days in clinic with OR time scheduled as needed
  • Trauma call shared with three other Physicians
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve
  • Provide the best outcome for every patient every time
