About The Position

Well-established practice consisting of both Elective Surgery and Acute Care Services Summary Join an established General Surgery practice with 15 surgeons and 12 advanced practice providers in a highly collaborative, mentorship-driven environment. The department supports professional growth and offers flexibility to tailor your practice, whether building a high-volume elective practice or focusing on Acute Care Surgery. Additional opportunities are available to develop expertise in advanced laparoscopic, robotic, oncology, and trauma surgery. Schedule Full-time FTE Call schedule - 1:13 Night. 1:4 Weekend Outreach travel: approximately 2 days per week, allowing you to make a meaningful impact in various communities Pay and Benefits Salary range: $500,000 - $660,000 per year Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.
