About The Position

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join a distinguished team with America's pre-eminent Trauma and Acute Care Surgery group in El Paso, Texas. We are seeking a General Surgeon with trauma experience to lead a team of highly qualified surgeons and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) at a Level III Trauma Center.

Requirements

At least 2 years of clinical experience in a verified trauma program.
Board-certified in General Surgery
Surgery Critical Care certification is a plus, but not mandatory.
Strong communication skills with leaders, peers, and staff.
A genuine passion for trauma surgery and a desire for continuous growth.
