About The Position
DocStar Medical Partners - Job Opportunity, New Listing Facility City & State: New York Facility Type: Hospital Provider Profession Needed: MD Specialty: General Surgery Start Date: 1/22/2026 End Date: 2/5/2026 or potentially 3/5/2026 Length of Assignment: 2 weeks to start additional 2 weeks available Credentialing Timeframe: Prioritized based on start date Work Schedule: M-F typical gen surg schedule – OR mon/Tues clinic/OR wed/scopes THU/Friday round and clear Nothing scheduled on weekend but ER/trauma coverage 1/22-2/5 and again potentially 2/19-3/5 Patient Volume: Community of 50,000 or so, any major surgery/burns gets moved/bypassed Procedures: Upper and lower endo A MUST – gen bread n butter plus light trauma EMR: License Needed: NY Certifications Needed: BC/BE Relevant Experience/Skill Set Needed: 1 year min Other additional pertinent information: Onsite coverage - housing provided.
