About The Position

MercyOne Siouxland Medical Center is seeking a BC/BE General Surgeon with entrepreneurial spirit to help build a community focused practice. We offer a competitive compensation of $495K with 2-year income guarantee that includes $60,000 sign-on bonus, $15,000 moving allowance, PSLF program eligibility, CME allowance $4500, retirement 403(b) and 457(b) plans and 40 days per year vacation. Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery
• Entrepreneurial spirit to help build a community-focused practice

Responsibilities

• Perform bread and butter general surgery procedures
• Utilize built-in referral system
• Manage block OR time
• Conduct weekly clinic
• Provide APP inpatient and outpatient support
• Oversee in-house medical imaging and lab
• Participate in call rotation (1:4)
