About The Position

Lakewood Ranch Medical Group, located in the vibrant and fast-growing Lakewood Ranch community, is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible General Surgeon with robotic surgery training to join our dynamic surgical team. This is an employed position with a well-established and reputable group consisting of two experienced General Surgeons and two Advanced Practice Providers. The position includes full spectrum of general surgery procedures and approaches, including robotics, with clinic and OR responsibilities, and flexibility based on surgical volume. The environment is collaborative with experienced surgical and hospital support, and there is an excellent referral network and patient base.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery.
• Robotics training required.
• Florida medical license.
• Excellent clinical, communication, and time-management skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform a full spectrum of general surgery procedures and approaches, including robotics.
• Manage clinic and OR responsibilities with flexibility based on surgical volume.
• Collaborate with surgical and hospital support teams.
• Engage with an excellent referral network and patient base.
