Milestone is hiring a General Support Coordinator to join our Global Order Management team. This role helps manage requests submitted by our partners and customers through Milestone’s portals and ensures they are reviewed, prioritized, and directed to the appropriate teams. This role is part of Milestone’s Global Order Management and Global Sales Operations organizations, working with colleagues in Brøndby, Denmark; Sofia, Bulgaria; Singapore; and Portland, Oregon. The team is busy, supportive, and collaborative, and we are looking for someone who is motivated, curious, and ready to learn by doing. This is a high-volume, transactional role where structure, attention to detail, and follow-through are important. Some cases will be resolved directly by the coordinator, while others will be routed to internal teams for further handling. You enjoy working in a global B2B environment and take pride in delivering good service with a sense of urgency. You are organized, flexible, and comfortable learning new systems and processes.
