About The Position
You will provide routine supply management duties involving all aspects of stock management of various Classes of Supply to include Repair Parts, Petroleum, Equipage and Consumables, and Medical material in support of the LCS. You will ensure supply operations are sustained to support material requirements onboard Littoral Combat Ships (LCS). You will utilize various databases and systems including Relational Supply, One Touch Supply, FEDLOG, FACET to review and validate outstanding requisitions. You will requisition stock and direct turnover materials, inputs and provides status to database and customers. You will post inventories, receipts, and issues to Relational Supply. You will receive material requests from customers and coordinate the best method of acquisition ensuring FIAR compliance throughout. You will complete financial reports such as the Budget OPTAR Report (BOR) and Transaction Item Reporting (TIR). You will coordinate and interact with customers to ensure execution of purchase requirements. You will assist the Logistics Support Team Officer, Supply Officer, and delegated agents by performing duties related to the overall logistics requirement. You will prepare, coordinate, and conduct shipping of material to include carcass turn-ins, reporting, and processing.
