About The Position
The position involves auditing department expenses and managing supply and contract purchases. The incumbent will coordinate with customers to provide necessary assistance, prepare supply forms, service contract scopes, and associated documents. Additionally, the role includes purchasing all repair parts to support in-house maintenance activities for all real property on the Installation. The individual will be responsible for signing for items, verifying the accuracy of receipts by comparing received documents with requisition copies, and coordinating directly with vendors, manufacturers, and contractors regarding the quality and pricing of supplies, equipment, and services.
