YOUR IMPACT As a General Superintendent, you will provide senior-level field leadership across multiple data center and mission-critical projects, ensuring safe execution, operational excellence, and workforce development at scale. This role plays a critical part in mentoring field leaders, supporting regional initiatives, and driving consistent, high-quality project outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of progressive construction field leadership experience.
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• OSHA Training Certification required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Nice To Haves

• Data center or mission-critical construction experience preferred.
• Journeyman Electrical License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform all responsibilities of the Senior Superintendent role while providing oversight across multiple concurrent projects.
• Lead and participate in Project Execution Plan (PEP) peer reviews, offering execution strategy and constructability guidance.
• Oversee and coordinate field operations across projects of varying size, complexity, and market sector.
• Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, clients, and internal partners.
• Mentor, coach, and develop Superintendents and emerging field leaders.
• Partner with Operations and Account Managers on hiring, promotion, and workforce planning.
• Enforce labor agreements and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
