Summary of Job: Planning, directing and coordinating the daily activities of Superintendents for all Mechanical trades on construction projects. Responsible for project safety, meeting construction schedules, and the productivity of labor. Direct and coordinate onsite personnel and subcontractors in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, assigning, and directing work while providing leadership to Superintendents and their direct reports; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing and resolving problems, questions and concerns.
