Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in electrical construction, with at least 5 years in a superintendent role.
  • Extensive experience in tool install projects within semiconductor or advanced manufacturing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, cleanroom protocols, and construction sequencing.
  • Proficient in interpreting electrical schematics, construction documents, and tool vendor specifications.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • OSHA 30 certification required.
  • Proficiency in construction management tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working on Samsung projects or similar semiconductor clients.
  • Familiarity with tool install protocols and commissioning procedures, vendor punch list processes, and turnover documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise all field electrical tool install activities including power, grounding, and control infrastructure.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and Samsung representatives to ensure alignment on scope and schedule.
  • Manage subcontractors and field personnel to ensure quality, schedule and safety compliance.
  • Oversee installation of electrical systems for semiconductor tools, including power distribution, controls, and grounding.
  • Ensure adherence to Samsung’s cleanroom and high-tech facility standards.
  • Conduct daily site inspections and safety audits.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of progress, issues, and resolutions in the required Project management system.
  • Support commissioning and turnover processes for electrical systems.
  • Resolve field-level conflicts and escalate critical issues as needed.
  • Ensure all work aligns with NEC, SEMI standards, Samsung site-specific standards, and internal QA/QC expectations.
