General Superintendents assist in F&Bs success in both the office and the field. General Superintendents will be responsible for the supervision and scheduling of construction activities at local job sites; this includes directing Site-Superintendents and Foremen, making sure jobs are being completed on time and on budget, and ensuring quality and safety requirements are being met. The descriptions below are representative of, but not limited to, the duties and responsibilities for this position. Five Key Roles of the General Superintendent: Review project financial performance with PM weekly to ensure the budget is on track and that production rates are being met by the field teams. Ensure that all manpower scheduling and mobilization have been assigned for each job prior to project commencement & distributed to project teams and cascaded to the field teams by 5:00pm the day prior. Confirm approval from F&B PM on all change order work before starting production in the field. Review Field Production Report from Procore daily and validate the accuracy of manhours and production quantities. Confirm approval of the previous day's timesheets and daily reports.
