About The Position

ION Solar is looking for an outstanding General Solar Manager to join our expanding team. ION Solar is aimed to be the best operations in the industry with the fastest timelines, clear and concise communication, and a premium experience for the customer and the sales professional.

Requirements

• 3 – 5 years operations leadership experience required in a related or relevant role.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business management, or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to upskill individuals / team with continuous coaching and feedback and high accountability in areas of needed improvement for following SOPs and meeting industry competitive performance expectations.
• Ability to collaborate and work well with other managers for effective problem solving and team building.
• Ability to manage time effectively and make quick accurate decisions.
• Self-driven to bring top performance to the team and bring strong work ethic and winning morale.
• Ability to work in a team as well as work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 10-15 project coordinators to oversee quick turn around times on projects, world class communication, and leading quality.
• Train and upskill front line staff to higher productivity and quality.
• Coordinate and problem-solve with internal departments and field operations to resolve ongoing and new issues, prioritize assignments, handle project escalations, and maintain project timeline expectations.
• Bring and deliver a strong healthy culture to the team by being able to facilitate growth, build morale, keep commitments, and drive results.
