Midas - General Service Technicians (Oil, Tire & Lube)
About The Position
Auto Systems Centers, the world's largest Midas franchisee, has joined the Mavis Tire family and is seeking full-time General Service Technicians for their state-of-the-art service, repair, and tire center in Heath, OH. This role is considered the backbone of the business, offering competitive compensation, a 5-day work week, and comprehensive benefits. No prior experience is needed as paid training is provided, covering tire installation, rotations, balancing, and flat repairs. Technicians will earn a guaranteed base pay plus weekly bonus payments for each service performed.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds
- Value dependability, teamwork, and providing quality service in a fast-paced environment
