About The Position

Join Auto Systems Centers, the world's largest Midas franchisee and now part of the Mavis Tire family. This full-time General Service Technician position is located in a state-of-the-art service, repair, and tire center in Hilliard, OH. As a Midas General Service Technician, you are considered the backbone of the business. The role offers competitive, guaranteed base compensation plus additional earning potential through significant weekly bonus payments. No prior experience is needed, as the company provides paid training to teach everything required for the role. General Service Technicians are responsible for installing new tires and wheels and performing various tire services such as rotations, balancing, and flat repairs to ensure customer vehicles operate safely. Best-in-class automotive service is expected, and weekly bonus payments are tied to every service performed, in addition to the guaranteed hourly rate.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds
Value dependability, teamwork, and providing quality service in a fast-paced environment

Automotive experience is a plus
