About The Position

As a Midas General Service Technician, you are an essential part of the business. This full-time role is with Auto Systems Centers, the world's largest Midas franchisee, which has now joined the Mavis Tire family. The position is located at a state-of-the-art service, repair, and tire center in DeWitt, NY. No prior experience is required as comprehensive paid training will be provided. General Service Technicians are responsible for installing new tires and wheels, and performing various tire services such as rotations, balancing, and flat repairs to ensure the safe operation of customer vehicles. The role offers competitive guaranteed base compensation along with additional earning potential through significant weekly bonus payments tied to each service performed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds
• Value dependability, teamwork, and providing quality service in a fast-paced environment
