The General Service Technician role is full time or part-time and is an hourly position based on needs of the business. This position is responsible for performing basic routine vehicle repair and maintenance services in accordance with company standards and manufacturer specifications. The technician is expected to deliver exceptional 5 Star service to guests, through effective communication of vehicle issues and proposed solutions while ensuring that guest expectations for time commitments and quality are consistently met.
