About The Position

The General Service Technician role is either full-time or part-time, an hourly position based on business needs. This role is responsible for performing basic routine vehicle repair and maintenance services according to company standards and manufacturer specifications. The technician is expected to provide exceptional 5-Star service to guests, effectively communicating vehicle issues and solutions, and ensuring guest expectations for time and quality are met.
