Midas - General Service Technicians (Oil, Tire & Lube)
About The Position
Auto Systems Centers, the world's largest Midas franchisee and now part of the Mavis Tire family, is seeking full-time General Service Technicians for their state-of-the-art service, repair, and tire center in Englewood, OH. This role is considered the backbone of the business, offering competitive guaranteed base compensation plus significant weekly bonus potential. No prior experience is needed as the company provides paid training. General Service Technicians are responsible for installing new tires and wheels, performing tire services such as rotations, balancing, and flat repairs, and ensuring customers' vehicles operate safely while providing best-in-class automotive service.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds
- Value dependability, teamwork, and providing quality service in a fast-paced environment

- Automotive experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Install new tires and wheels
- Perform tire services, including rotations, balancing, and flat repairs
