The General Service Technician role is a full-time or part-time hourly position responsible for performing basic routine vehicle repair and maintenance services according to company standards and manufacturer specifications. This position requires delivering exceptional 5-Star service to guests, effectively communicating vehicle issues and proposed solutions, and ensuring guest expectations for time commitments and quality are consistently met.
