About The Position

Christian Brothers Automotive is seeking an Automotive General Service Technician / Mechanic. The company, founded in 1982, operates on the premise of providing precision auto repair with transparency, integrity, and a people-first philosophy. All 300+ CBA locations feature modern facilities equipped with manufacture-level diagnostic equipment and the latest factory scan tools. They offer technicians a consistent workload, free training, full-time live technical support, and access to a private Technician Assistance Center. The ideal candidate will be energetic, upbeat, and possess a positive attitude, with a strong passion for finding solutions to complex problems while prioritizing guest satisfaction.

Requirements

Current driver’s licenses

High school or equivalent diploma

Responsibilities

Perform all maintenance and repair services including but not limited to; oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, suspension alignments, and more
Perform state-mandated vehicle emission and safety inspections in accordance with state regulations
Work as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively
Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections
Ensure all preventive maintenance reports are complete and accurate
Comply with federal, state, and local regulations that affect service operations, such as hazardous waste disposal and OSHA right-to-know
Assist in all housekeeping functions as directed by Management
Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate the extent of any damage or malfunctions on a guest's vehicle
Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
