About The Position
The Detroit Garage is looking for a professional, motivated, and reliable General Service / Lube Technician at our Brighton, MI location! We believe in providing the highest quality automotive services to our customers and doing things right the first time. General Service Technicians are responsible for performing basic repairs and maintenance on customer vehicles. The ideal candidate is eager to learn and always strives to improve their skills. Requirements
- 1+ years of industry experience
- Personal tools
- Strong passion for completing quality work and providing exceptional customer service
- Valid driver's license
- Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Nice To Haves
- NC Inspection Certification
- ASE certifications
Responsibilities
- Ability to perform standard repairs on all makes/models of vehicles
- Perform quality inspections and recommend necessary services
- Perform auto repairs, including oil changes, tire installation, alignments, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
