As a General Sales Manager, you will make a positive impact on customer retention and profitability within the Sales department. Expected pay for this position is $180,000 - $220,000 annually.

  • Ability to interact well with others and be a positive influence on morale of department, dealership, and organization
  • Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent in business; and at least two years related experience and/or training in a dealership sales environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Valid Driver's License

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree (B.S or B.A) or equivalent; and two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior experience in retail automotive sales is required.
