We are looking for a true operator —a General Sales Manager who can drive results, build a team, and take ownership of the entire sales operation. The General Sales Manager will lead all aspects of variable operations across both Ford and CDJR brands. This includes new and used vehicle sales, inventory strategy, pricing, desking, and sales team development. This role is not for someone who wants to maintain—it’s for someone who wants to build, fix, and grow—and step into a future General Manager role.
