Lead the Next Chapter at Goodwin Mazda With our brand-new, state-of-the-art Mazda facility nearing completion, we’re looking for a driven General Sales Manager to take the lead during one of the most exciting moments in our company’s growth. Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum two years of Sales Manager experience in a successful dealership.
  • Leadership: Proven history of building and training a sales team with strong CSI scores and above-average profits.
  • Marketing Skills: Strong background in building showrooms and internet traffic, SEO, SEM, and traditional media, as well as familiarity with CoVideo (or similar).
  • Communication: Excellent communicator and speaker, both online and face-to-face.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Windows computers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and Inspire: Oversee a team of salespeople, coaching them on closing techniques and driving profitability.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high customer satisfaction scores and continuously improve our service.
  • Team Building: Hire, motivate, and monitor the performance of your sales team.
  • Training: Conduct daily and weekly sales training meetings, mentoring both new and experienced sales reps.
  • CRM Management: Develop, implement, and monitor a CRM system for proper follow-up with prospective buyers.
  • Delivery Excellence: Establish and monitor delivery procedures, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Achieve Goals: Meet forecasted goals for dealership and OEM sales, gross, and key expenses.
  • Maintain Standards: Keep the dealership lot clean, organized, and presentable, assisting with seasonal tasks like snow removal.
