Requirements

At least 5 years of high-level leadership or management experience in sales—automotive, retail, hospitality, furniture, or similar industries.
Natural leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, coach, and motivate others to perform at their best.
Skilled in negotiation and turning prospects into customers.
Strong understanding of profitability, margins, and business acumen.
Committed to excellence, coachable, and has an enthusiastic attitude that resonates with the team.
Punctual, detail-oriented, and communicates effectively with both customers and team members.
Passionate about motorsports—whether that’s motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, or personal watercraft.
Minimum 5 years of high-level leadership or management experience in a sales environment.
Proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
Strong knowledge of margins and profitability.
Ability to train and mentor a sales team to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

Mentor & Coach: Train and develop your team to close deals effectively, ensuring no customer slips through the cracks.
Track Performance: Leverage key metrics to guide sales strategies, maximize profitability, and improve team performance.
Support F&I (Finance & Insurance): Assist customers in the F&I process, ensuring they get the best financing options.
