About The Position

The General Roofing Superintendent will lead and supervise roofing crews, subcontractors, and self-perform work on various commercial roofing projects. This role involves managing the installation of single-ply membrane systems, shingle and metal roofing systems, and siding, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bilingual: Spanish (required).
• Experience in Construction (roofing, siding, gutters, framing, metal fabrication).
• Legal status to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to relocate to the Louisville, KY area (relocation assistance provided).
• Strong teamwork focus and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead crews, subcontractors, and self-perform roofing and siding work.
• Read and interpret blueprints and detailed drawings.
• Manage hiring, training, evaluation, and promotion of field workers.
• Use computer programs, apps, and email to produce daily reports.
• Operate loading and lift equipment.
• Schedule and order materials while coordinating with suppliers.
• Ensure workmanship meets plans, manufacturer specifications, and top-quality standards.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations (OSHA 30 training provided).
• Inspect projects to ensure adherence to building codes and regulations.
• Manage and maintain company equipment.
• Lead by example with exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
