About The Position

To be successful as a production worker you should be able to work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy. An outstanding production worker should be able to maintain production standards and work towards improving productivity without compromising quality. This position makes sure that the line is setup for product that is being processed and keeps floor and product from accumulating on floors.

Requirements

• Must be able to follow directions and perform manual labor.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Comply with and support all Food Safety and Quality policies, programs and procedures.
• Keep the area and floor clean and line setup for processing.
• Follow health and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean workstation and production floor.
• Assemble products and parts.
• Follow production guidelines and specifications.
• Finalize and package products for shipment.
• Operate and maintain machinery and production line equipment.
• Monitor the assembly line and remove faulty products.
• Work on the production line and meet production targets.
• Report any issues to the supervisor on duty.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
