About The Position

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

Assemble and produce quality parts
Set up jobs, including but not limited to, getting materials and parts, positioning work area, and setting parameters as needed to perform tasks.
Perform repetitive tasks to assemble parts, including but not limited to, connecting parts, loading and unloading equipment, attaching labels, and packing parts.
Operate and visually monitor basic equipment to assemble parts along with verifying tolerances and product specifications. Test and calibrate parts.
Identify units that fail quality tests or tolerance levels and notify proper personnel as required.
Perform 1st-piece and in-process inspections
Comply with all work instructions, safety policies, and standards of conduct.
Performs other duties as assigned including assisting co-workers as needed and working in other departments depending on production demands.

Requirements

• Ability to stand for 10 consecutive hours
• Must be US Person

Nice To Haves

• Prior manufacturing assembly experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing concepts
