Duties & Responsibilities: Operate various manufacturing processes and equipment including the feeding and loading of parts or material, monitoring production to ensure quality, and following safety guidelines. Make necessary adjustments and set-ups to production equipment and processes to meet production requirements. Visually inspect parts to ensure quality. Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Basic reading, math, or computer skills. Previous manufacturing experience a plus. Must be able to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds. Must be able to look at small parts for extended periods of time.
