About The Position

General production workers will be responsible for learning and performing various positions.   Employees will rotate to different positions as needed.  They will ensure products are made with the highest quality possible.

Responsibilities

  • Know and follow HACCP, SQF, SOP and SSOP programs.
  • Know and follow all Food Safety procedures.
  • Wear all required personal protective equipment.

  • BIG LINE PALLETIZER
  • CABBAGE LINE
  • THE BACK
  • CORER
  • INSPECTION TABLE
  • SPINNERS (hard hats are to be worn in the spinner area)
  • POTATO ROOM
  • POTATO INSPECTOR
  • TRAY FILLING
  • DUMPING POTATOES
  • SAMPLES
  • SMALL SALADS
  • MIX PERSON
  • SCALE OPERATOR
  • LIDDER
  • BOXER
  • VEGETABLE CLEANING
  • RETAIL G.M.C.
  • RETAIL BOX FOLDER
  • RETAIL BOXER
  • CORNER-WRAP BOX LABELER (Reference the Individual SOP for Corner-wrap box Labeler)
  • RETAIL BOX PALLETIZER
  • Clean and sanitize items, which are brought to the dishwashing area.
  • Put items back into the proper place and make sure all parts and pieces are accounted for.
  • Must know proper mixture of chemicals used in cleaning and sanitizing items.
  • Must know special-washing procedures for certain items.
