About The Position
General Production Part Time will be responsible to learn and perform various tasks and rotate to different positions as needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), 1-3 months of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Ability to read and comprehend documentation in English including safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
- Team player attitude and willingness to fill in as needed.
- Positive communication with others and timely reporting of concerns and questions.
- Utilize calculators to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure including whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to obtain forklift and/or pallet jack license.
- Ability to lift and/or carry occasionally up to 40 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Learn and follow all MGK HACCP, SQF, SOP, and SSOP program
- Comply with all Food Safety procedures at all times
- Wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Learn and perform various tasks and rotate to different positions as needed in the following areas: Cabbage Line Veggies Potato Room Dishes Other areas in the plant as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
