About The Position
This position is responsible for entry level non-skilled general labor while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Long periods of standing, walking, bending, stretching, pushing, pulling, climbing, and reaching are required. Lifting 0-40lbs or more if required. These positions work in a cold, hot, wet, and slippery environment. Positions rotate throughout the department. Applicants will be considered for openings in any department that may include, but not limited to Evisceration and Further Processing Department. Monday-Friday Hours: Day Shift 1st process- 06:00am-2:30pm 2nd process- 07:50am-04:15pm Benefits include One week vacation after 6 months of employment, Earn Time Off, 401K Retirement plan, Stock Purchase Plan, Holiday pay, Free Education program, and will be eligible for Health Insurance from day one of orientation.
