Sound like you? Let’s talk. What are we looking for: Fun, reliable, and a little weird, that's what we need right now! A Seasonal employee is brought in to assist TentCraft, when we are in our busy season which is starting up right now and depending on the number of jobs coming through can continue through the summer into early fall. A General Production employee is an hourly position that will work Monday – Friday with start times ranging from 6:30 to 8:00 AM and are 8 hour shifts, additionally you could be asked to work 10 hour shifts and/or weekend work as needed supporting multiple production departments. The position pays $18 an hour and is flexible for employees in need of part time schedule where we are willing to work around school hours or full time hours during summer break. A good sense of humor, incredible work ethic and motivation to burst through ceilings are essential. Below you’ll find a list of the departments this position will be supporting and a brief description of what each area will entail: eCommerce/Soft goods fabrication: this team is responsible for prepping, boxing and shipping small to medium sized banners and pillows. Logistics Shipping & Receiving: Ensure that items delivered match items on purchase order, inspect incoming freight for damage goods, greet delivery drivers and unload inventory as required. Sewing Fabrication: this teams sews together all tents and accessories. Metal Fabrication: Assemble pop up tent frames, the corresponding sub-assembly components and tent accessories.
