About The Position

This position is responsible for manually placing Smart Chicken onto product trays that meet production and quality standards in a fast-paced environment. Wage Type: Hourly Department: General Production Reports to: Production Manager Hours: 1st Shift 7AM - 3:30PM Starting Pay: $14.60/hr

Responsibilities

Place individual trays onto the conveyor belt
Pull/push 5-8 pounds of product towards work area
Select quality product from the conveyor to place into a tray
Discard pieces of Smart Chicken that do not meet quality standards to rework
Place 1 to 2 pieces of Smart Chicken in the tray
Keep work area clean
Follow all SOP's for your area
Follow all safety policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned
Demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong hand/eye coordination
Good upper extremity motor skills
Ability to rotate job functions
Ability to wear, use and maintain personal protective equipment
Ability to follow all safety policies and procedures
Ability to take direction and learn by observing others
