About The Position
A&M Services has recently joined Phelps. Phelps the Uniform Specialists has been providing companies, large and small, with exceptional service for over two decades. We are your one-stop industrial supplier of garments, dust control, towels, mats, and janitorial supplies. We offer the highest standard of garments and products available, designed for all work environments. General Production General production tasks and job duties may include hanging garments, folding and sorting products, loading cages, and loading or unloading washers and dryers.
Requirements
- Must be able to stand for a 10-12 hour shift
- Must be able to work scheduled shift - Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm, some OT available on Fridays
- Must have high attention to detail
- Must be capable of working at an efficient pace to meet production expectations
- Willingness to be reliable to your team
- Eagerness to put forth your best effort each day
Responsibilities
- Inspect garments and hang onto a hanger
- Fold flat goods according to each product to be prepared
- Read load lists for the routes
- Fill each cage with the items needed for the route according to the load list
- Organize carts by route
- Audit the product to make sure customer is getting high quality products.
- Loading and unloading washers and dryers
- Other production duties as needed
