About The Position

Schreiber Foods Inc. is offering general production opportunities in Stephenville, Texas. The starting pay for this position is $17.25 per hour, with an additional $2/hour incentive pay for hours worked between 7pm and 7am. This is a full-time position with rotating 12-hour shifts, following a schedule of 2-on, 2-off, 3-on, 2-off, 2-on, and 3-off. The role involves performing essential functions related to food safety, quality checks, and customer requirements, while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to properly identify product and record accurate data on production reports.
• Basic math, counting, calculator, and basic computer skills are necessary.
• Forklift driving skills may be necessary.
• Ability to stand for up to 12 hours per day and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform all process CP, CCP, QP, and CQP checks required for the position.
• Follow reaction plans for Food Safety, Food Quality and customer requirement deviations.
• Identify and understand customer requirements and assist in assuring proper production operation.
• Perform manual labor tasks such as inspection, rework & sort operations as needed.
• Utilize Process Excellence tools to improve plant performance and complete specific projects as directed by Department Team Leaders.
• Maintain satisfactory attendance and be willing to work weekends, off-shifts, and overtime as needed.
• Work in other general labor positions in the Plant as needed.
• Complete tasks as assigned by leader and others according to expectations.
