We’re hiring General Production Team Members to join our manufacturing operations in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Candidates hired into this role will be considered for a range of positions based on skills, interests, and production needs — including Assembly (Leafer), Coil Winding, Coil Repair, Welding, Insulation Cutting, Power Low Voltage, and Semi-Skilled roles. You’ll work alongside experienced supervisors, learn new skills, and contribute directly to building products that keep the lights on across the country. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required — training provided.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and reliability.
  • Willingness to learn, take direction, and work as part of a team.
  • Must be able to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical exam.
  • Open availability required — business hours and schedules may change based on production needs.

Responsibilities

  • Perform various hands-on production duties including assembly, operating equipment, welding, or coil repair depending on assignment.
  • Follow manufacturing instructions, blueprints, and diagrams to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Operate machinery safely and efficiently; perform basic maintenance and cleaning of work areas.
  • Conduct visual and quality checks throughout production stages.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and PPE requirements to maintain a safe workplace.
  • Support other departments as needed to ensure smooth workflow and teamwork.
