Job Details: Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: 3 + years of experience in a manufacturing supervisory role or 2+ years of Tyson supervisory experience . Familiarity with processing floor operation s preferred. HACCP certification and a basic understanding of HACCP principals and the ability to perform CCP monitoring verification preferred. K nowledge of fresh meats processing preferred . Physical Requirements: Must be able to access all areas of the production floor to conduct audits and inspections using f ixed ladders , stairs steps , etc. A ble to tolerate environmental conditions in the area of responsibility . T he temperature in most of the areas range from 28 ° -45 ° Fahrenheit. Computer Skills: Basic computer skills. Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills . Able to communicate with all levels of management. Special Skills: Team - leader , problem - solving , and motivation to take on special projects. Supervisory: Responsible for all p roduction o perations at the facility . This includes managing all production supervisors ’ department s, production schedules , product rotation , CCP verification schedules , and overseeing the safety committee . This role includes responsibility to review team members in these roles and develop and improve in any deficient areas. Travel: Some travel is as needed. Relocation Assistance Eligible: Yes
