Requirements

Take ownership for your own personal safety and the safety of all Members working around you

Ability to read and understand a production schedule
Demonstrated ability to lead other Members and work without direct supervision
Basic mechanical aptitude
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
Ability to learn and grow to become skilled to operate different pieces of equipment on a daily and/or weekly basis in a back-up capacity
Ability to document job responsibilities and be part of writing and maintaining DPS programs for new equipment
Excellent attendance and performance record
Necessity and ability to learn and share learning with others
Ability to work in other production line/rooms within the facility when this specific line is not running production is required.
Willing to learn Sanitation responsibilities
Ability to work in a machine operator back-up role in addition to the primary role of Trayer/Packer
Ability to use and troubleshoot basic SAP functions on a hand-held scanner and on the computer
Based on business necessity, must be proficient in English.
Ability to pass a pre-employment, post offer drug screen, physical and background check
