About The Position
Our Plover production plant in Wisconsin is hiring seasonal employees conducting Janitorial duties. The position duties include daily cleaning duties in the general warehouse floor areas, break rooms/employee areas, restrooms, office areas, entrances, dock areas, floors and surfaces, and waste/recycling while ensuring cleaning supplies inventory is maintained. These positions are under the direct supervision of the Warehouse Supervisor/Warehouse Manager. Position selection will be determined at time of hired based on skill level and requirements met.
Responsibilities
- Daily cleaning duties within general warehouse floor areas, break rooms/employee areas, restrooms, office areas, entrances, dock areas, floors and surfaces, offices, cafeteria, laboratory, breakrooms, and hallways.
- Keep restrooms clean and orderly, empty trash containers, fill soap dispensers and towel dispensers and replace deodorant blocks and toilet tissue as needed. Stage finished product or cans for loading.
- Monitor the cleaning supplies to avoid shortages, i.e. wax, cleaner, soap etc. and report shortages to the shop attendant to maintain inventory.
- Sweep warehouse floors to remove dust, debris, cardboard, and packaging materials.
- Spot clean spills immediately (oil, grease, liquids, chemicals if approved).
- Remove shrink wrap, strapping, and loose pallet debris.
