Responsibilities

Draft, review, and finalize estate planning documents, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
Review and finalize probate and bankruptcy documents for filing.
Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on estate planning, probate, and bankruptcy matters.
Meeting with Clients and Prospective Clients throughout the day.
Collaborate with the team to build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and quality client service.
Owning your files from intake through resolution with precision and care.
Producing polished, persuasive written work that you’re proud to put your name.
Communicating with clients in a way that builds confidence and trust.
Working within structured systems — and helping us refine them as we grow.
Collaborating with a supportive team that values professionalism and a positive attitude.
