About The Position

Pediatric Associates is recruiting for a Pediatrician to join our Town Center office in Jacksonville, Florida. This is an opportunity to join a very well run practice with a highly competent and motivated team of clinicians, clinical and administrative staff. Here you will be supported and have the resources you need as you build your practice and care for your deserving panel of patients. Our Pediatricians share the privilege of rounding on our healthy newborn patients in the area hospitals. The region has a full-time newborn rounder who manages most of the weekday rounding and the Pediatricians in our local offices share a weekend rotation at three hospitals. Requirements

• M.D. or D.O. degree.
• Successful completion of an ACGME or AOA approved post-graduate residency in Pediatrics.
• Current, Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Florida.
• Current, Unrestricted Florida state specific DEA license.
• BE/BC in Pediatrics.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality pediatric healthcare to patients.
• Participate in rounding on healthy newborn patients in area hospitals.
• Share weekend rotation at three hospitals with local Pediatricians.
• Build and manage a panel of patients.
