About The Position

The Department of Anesthesiology at Rutgers, New Jersey Medical School, seeks a qualified General/Pediatric Anesthesiologist for a part-time position (0.5 FTE ) in an open rank, non-tenure position. Duties include on-site anesthesia services to adult and pediatric patients at University Hospital; intraoperative and didactic teaching of residents; participation in Faculty Development programs; work collaboratively with the members of the surgical services both clinically and administratively; participation in research that forwards the discipline both academically and clinically. Full-time faculty position for Attending General Anesthesiologist involving patient care, resident and student didactics, and research functions.

Requirements

Have a medical doctorate or equivalent
Hold or be eligible for medical licensure in the state of New Jersey
Be a BC/BE Anesthesiologist
