About The Position
This is an in-person, onsite position located at: Mylar Specialty Films, 5401 Route 1, Richmond, VA. General Operators are required to work an 8-hour rotating shift schedule, which will include weekends, holidays, and overtime. Individuals and teams are expected to operate, maintain, and improve their process, material flow and equipment in performing their work. Operating the process to standard operating conditions, testing, light maintenance, administrative tasks, troubleshooting the process, and managing facilities improvements when needed are all essential parts of, but not limited to, managing their overall role and responsibility.
