About the position

Venesco is looking for a General Office Administrative Support (Task Manager Journeyman/COO EA) to support the Solution Delivery Division (SDD). The SDD serves as the premier provider of information and technology, simulation, and acquisition program management for the Defense Health Agency. SDD leverages an innovative acquisition culture, acquisition-trained workforce, and a business-oriented mindset that drives continuous rationalization, optimization, cost reduction, and modernization. As a division of the DHA Program Executive Office for Medical Systems, SDD’s Program Management Offices (PMOs) and Branches provide logistical, administrative, and technological applications and support to internal and external DHA and Military Health System stakeholders and customers. In this role, SDD supports the Combatant Commands by supplying robust medical logistical support, lifecycle management, information technology infrastructure, and health delivery applications to provide globally integrated health services.

Requirements

  • Required 3-5 years’ experience supporting executives in an Executive Assistant capacity.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of management.
  • Strong customer service, organizational and interpersonal skills; problem solving and analytical abilities; and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), SharePoint.
  • Proficiency with Defense Travel System and the Joint Travel Regulations.
