About The Position
The OSF HealthCare Illinois Neurological Institute at Saint Francis Medical Center, is seeking an outpatient Neurologist to join a multispecialty neuroscience program. All subspecialties welcome to apply. Access to major subspecialties represented include Epilepsy, Headache, Movement Disorders, MS/Neuroimmunology, and Neuromuscle. Only Level 4 Epilepsy Center and certified Comprehensive Multiple Sclerosis Center outside of Chicago. Academic opportunities with Neurology residency and Neuroscience APP fellowship programs through the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Peoria. Strong referral base from OSF Medical Group and Primary Care physicians in the area. Leadership opportunities available. EEP Employer M/F/Vet/Disabled. Requirements
- Physician Licensed to practice medicine in current state.
- Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable.
- Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty(ies). Obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges.
- Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs.
- Physician shall meet all qualifications to participate in OSF's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
